I would like to take a moment to THANK YOU for choosing me for your hair removal and skin care needs. I know you have options in Wichita and I am grateful you are trusting me to assist you. I know your time is valuable and I will do my best to start and end your appointment at the scheduled time.
I ask that you be just a few minutes early for your appointment, if possible. Appointments fill quickly, and I often work on a tight schedule. If you are running late I will end your appointment without extension for the missed time. If you are here for electrolysis and are late to your appointment, I will deduct the amount of time you arrive behind your scheduled time from your appointment that day. You will still be expected to pay for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. For example, if you are 10 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment, I will work for 20 minutes but you will still pay for 30 minutes. Please note that if it is me who is running behind, you will NOT be penalized.
I ask for 24-hour notice for cancellation of any appointment. You will be required to pay for the full amount of appointments missed or cancelled in fewer than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Please be advised that you will be asked to keep a credit card on file for any 60 minute or longer service. In doing so, you agree that I have the right to charge for last minute cancelled or missed appointments. I do not have access to your credit card number. I use a third party, PCI compliant merchant services processor who handles your information.
Multiple missed or cancelled appointments may mean I will no longer schedule appointments for you, or I may require a card on file to schedule any future service.
